90-Year-Old Democrat Senator Dianne Feinstein Cedes Power of Attorney to Daughter

Ninety-year-old Democratic Senator Dianne Feinstein has ceded power of attorney to her daughter, Kathleen Feinstein, according to the New York Times.

This move was prompted by the passing of her husband Richard Blum and is intended to help Feinstein’s daughter manage potential legal disputes over Blum’s estate.

In May, after a three-month absence due to shingles, Feinstein returned to the Senate in a wheelchair.

Her deteriorating health condition – including facial paralysis, memory loss, vision, and balance impairments as well as swelling of the brain – caused shockwaves among citizens who had seen her earlier this year.

Last week Feinstein appeared confused as she tried to give a speech in the middle of a Senate vote.

Democratic Sen. Dianne Feinstein required help voting on a bill during a committee hearing on Thursday.

Senate Appropriations Chairwoman Patty Murray repeatedly asked Feinstein to “just say aye.”

Instead of voting ‘aye,’ Feinstein began to give a speech.

“I would like to support a yes vote on this, it provides $823 billion. That’s an increase of $26 billion for the Department of Defense, and it funds priorities–” Feinstein said as an aide rushed over to her to stop her from giving a long-winded speech.

“Just say aye,” the chairwoman said.

A confused Feinstein said, “Ok–just–aye!”

  1. Why is it that we have to wait for these old fossils to die before we can get rid of them?

  2. The House and Senate is now worse than an old folks home or nursing center. We really need to set an age limit on all the Representatives, Senators and the POTUS. If Feinstin signed off on a power of attorney to her daughter due to cognative issues, what the hell is she doing still working in the Senate for?

    1. All of them have always need a new brain, as well as a way to get their souls back. They sold them to the Devil decades ago. – Goes for all the commicrats and B(Mitch) McConnman. I think it is funny the tickler for the Article said that she is finished. Giving POA to a POS does not mean she is finished politically. She can and likely will run again at term end and WILL WIN. That is how screwed up Californians are and how easy it is to manipulate “votes.”

  3. AAAAHHHhahahahahahahahahahaha, choke, gag, cough, fart, burp, ahhahahahahahahahahahaahahahahahahahaha

  4. Too mentally depleted to handle her own affairs, but perfectly fine to handle ours.
If this is not perfect example for term limits, than there is no hope.
