Biden’s ATF Revokes Licenses of 122 Gun Dealers

The Biden administration’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has drastically increased its efforts to crack down on gun dealers this fiscal year, revoking a record number of licenses.

According to The Wall Street Journal, the ATF had revoked 122 licenses since October — a significant increase from the 90 revoked in 2020 and far exceeding the 81 revoked during the two prior presidential administrations combined.

In 2021, the Biden administration implemented an aggressive new “zero tolerance” policy for firearms dealers that outlines that any willful violations found will result in “revocation” of their license as the assumed action.

Fox News Digital was able to obtain documents outlining this policy, which also stated that it is designed to ensure public safety and aid ATF in tracing firearms recovered in violent crimes.

Gun Owners of America filed a lawsuit against the ATF last month. GOA accused the administration of attempting to “weaponize ATF’s bureaucracy against the entire Second Amendment industry.”

Anthony Navarro, a firearms dealer impacted by the revocation policy, told the WSJ, “We were making $1 million a year, now it’s less than $100,000.”

“This policy is designed to be a backdoor violation of the Second Amendment,” Navarro added.

Last year, Navarro’s license to sell firearms was revoked due to multiple warnings since 2009 for violating legal regulations. He claims the violations were caused by customers making errors on background check forms that did not prevent them from purchasing firearms.

However, in 2020, inspectors uncovered additional violations including failing to report multiple sales and keeping inadequate records of some transactions.

While Navarro admits he initially failed to notice these issues, he asserts that he ultimately discovered and reported them to the ATF after suspecting an employee was hiding forms.

Peter Forcelli, a retired deputy assistant director, told the WSJ that firearms dealers are the ATF’s “first line of defense against gun trafficking.”

“Why are we now beating an ally into submission?” Forcelli questioned.

ATF spokesperson Kristina Mastropasqua said, “Federal Firearms Licensees are often our first line of defense against gun crime and are often a source of critical enforcement information that helps law enforcement identify straw purchasers and disrupt firearms trafficking schemes.”

“FFLs that willfully violate the law, however, must be held accountable. ATF conducts inspections to ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations and to educate licensees on the specific requirements of those laws and regulations,” Mastropasqua added.

  1. The Anti-American Communists that call themselves Democrats are destroying The United States with their policies and actions, shown daily.
The biden regime is the government The Founding Fathers warned us about. They are aiding and abetting human trafficking and drug smuggling. The biden regime has done nothing to help The Citizens of The United States. The biden regime has done nothing but hurt our economy and our future by their actions.
It is past time to hold the criminal politicians accountable for their crimes. Instead we have them weaponizing the 3 letter alphabet soup group agencies doing ” Just Us ” for the Democrats worse than the Nazi brownshirts.
The atf is one of the worst 3 letter alphabet soup group agency that has ever existed. They do nothing but infringe on our God given rights that are reaffirmed in The Constitution. This going after FFL’s and destroying their business over minor paperwork issues just shows how much of a megalomaniac tyrant these Democrats are. We still haven’t forgot all of the other things they have done and the peoples lives they have destroyed. I don’t even want to know how many people’s dogs the atf has shot ? The atf should be a store where you go to buy Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, not a government agency that violates Citizens Rights on a daily basis.

  2. This is just the beginning people, they WILL have a national ban and they WILL start CONFISCATING Americans Firearms.
It WILL happen, so either be prepared to hand over everything , hide your stuff in multiple locations and end up in court for some bogus charges or die in a swat firefight.

America was sold down the river when the 18th-century founding fathers replaced Biblical responsibilities (based upon the moral law of God) for Enlightenment rights, and nothing demonstrates it better than the Second Amendment.

Think about it: The Amendment WITH the wording “shall not be infringed” is the MOST infringed, licensed, and limited Amendment of the entire twenty seven. Furthermore, a future generation of our posterity is likely to see the Second Amendment whittled away entirely or repealed altogether. This is inherent nature and danger of optional Enlightenment rights versus non-optional Biblical responsibilities, such as the following:

“Let the high praises of God be in their mouth, and a two-edged sword [or today’s equivalent] in their hand … this honor have all his saints. Praise ye Yah.” (Psalm 149:6-9)

“But if any provide not for his own, and especially for those of his own house [beginning with spiritual and physical protection], he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.” (1 Timothy 5:8)

Which is more potent: 1) An optional right, or 2) A non-optional responsibility?

Which is more likely to be infringed, licensed, and ultimately abolished altogether?

Which did the pre-Second Amendment Americans look to for their authority to bear arms, with little or nor infringement?

  4. Crackhead Hunter got away with falsifying his gun application, possessing a firearm while addicted to crack cocaine, and threw his gun in to a dumpster where kids or felons could have found it.

    Indict Crackhead first, ATF lackeys!!

More proof that the ATF only goes after LAWFUL GUN OWNERS.
