The DOJ under Joe Biden and Merrick garland are truly evil. There must be a place reserved in hell for these people. Not only have they arrested and convicted people who were completely non-violent, they are now going to do the same for people who never entered the Capitol at all. The DOJ will say that they were inside a restricted area even though there were no markers identifying the areas as such. They want to ruin as many lives of conservative voters as they can as a warning to people who are not communist Marxists.
Matthew Graves, US Attorney for the District of Columbia on Thursday held a press conference on the 3rd anniversary of the January 6 Capitol protest:
“It’s been three years since a violent mob attacked our Capitol.”
“An important note about those who remained outside the [Capitol] building. We have used our prosecutorial discretion and to primarily to focus on those who entered the building, are those who engaged in violent or rough conduct on Capitol grounds.”
“But, if a person knowingly entered a restricted area without authorization, they had already committed a federal crime. Make no mistake, thousands of people occupying the area that they were not authorized to be present in in the first place.”

Biden said of January 6, 2021:
“Since that day more than 1,200 people have been charged for assaulting the Capitol. More than 900 have been convicted or pleaded guilty. Collectively to date, they have been sentenced to more than 840 years in prison.”
The FBI Tampa office said in a statement on X:
“The FBI executed three federal arrest warrants early this morning at a ranch in Groveland, Florida in Lake County. The subjects taken into custody are January 6 fugitives Jonathan Daniel Pollock, Olivia Michele Pollock, and Joseph Daniel Hutchinson III. The defendants are scheduled to appear in Federal Court in Ocala, Florida on Monday, January 8. No further details concerning their capture are available at this time.”
The federal prosecutor overseeing more than 1,200 cases connected to the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol urged Americans on Thursday to continue helping investigators identify suspects as the third anniversary approached.
U.S. Attorney Matthew Graves compared the cries of the crowd on Jan. 6 to a “lynch mob” and asked for the public’s help in identifying roughly 80 individuals believed to have assaulted police during the riot. Graves said officers endured hours of fighting akin to a “medieval battle.”
“The siege of the Capitol is likely the largest single day of mass assault of law enforcement officers in our nation’s history,” Graves said.
More than 440 people have now been charged with assaulting, resisting or impeding police – including approximately 120 charged with using a dangerous weapon or causing bodily injury. During his press conference, Graves never used the name of the former president but said the violence on Jan. 6 was a direct result of claims that the election was stolen.
“The story of Jan. 6 began shortly after the election,” Graves said, “when a number of our fellow citizens were radicalized into believing they needed to use any means necessary, including violence, to prevent Joseph R. Biden from becoming president.”
