Newt Gingrich, former Speaker of the House, informed Charlie Kirk that a reliable source had informed him that District Attorney Fani Willis of Fulton County received a phone call from Washington D.C. on Friday urging her to indict President Trump by Monday in order to conceal the mistakes concerning Weiss-Hunter Biden.
Subsequently, Willis has brought RICO and conspiracy charges against President Trump and 18 others for contesting the results of the 2020 election.
On Monday, a Fulton County grand jury returned a 41-count indictment, including charges of racketeering and conspiracy, against Trump.
This came after 10 witnesses gave testimony to the grand jury on that same day. The swiftness of this process has raised concerns regarding its fairness and legitimacy.
Newt Gingrich raised concerns that the Fulton County Clerk had posted Trump’s charges online before the grand jury had deliberated, saying that someone had called District Attorney Fani Willis demanding she bring the grand jurors in on Monday afternoon to indict Trump later that evening.
“I am told by a reliable source that Friday evening that somebody from Washington called the District Attorney from Atlanta and said ‘you have to indict on Monday – we have to cover up all the mistakes we just made with Weiss,’ and she said apparently, ‘my jurors aren’t coming back until Tuesday,’ and they said ‘you didn’t hear me, you have to indict on Monday,’ and she said, ‘They’re not going to be here before noon…this means it’s going to be 8 or 9 or 10 o’clock at night!’” Newt told Charlie Kirk.
Charlie Kirk asked Newt Gingrich who made the phone call to Fani Willis.
“We don’t know,” Newt Gingrich said. “And I’m telling you upfront, this is hearsay, but it’s from a person who has remarkably good sources.”
“I totally believe it though because that would explain why they leaked and they messed up on the clerk documents, why [Fani Willis] was exhausted and why they had the 11 pm press conference!” Charlie Kirk said.

On Friday, US Attorney General Merrick Garland announced the appointment of David Weiss, US Attorney for Delaware, as Special Counsel in the Hunter Biden investigation.
Weiss had requested special counsel status in the case.
Garland refused to answer any questions following the blunder by Weiss.
According to Newt Gingrich, a Washington D.C. individual gave orders for Trump to be indicted come Monday in an effort to divert attention away from Hunter Biden’s criminal activities and the Department of Justice’s attempted cover-up.
This appears to be a trend with the Biden Administration; every time Joe and Hunter Biden’s alleged offenses are brought into the public eye, Jack Smith or Marxist prosecutors seek out an indictment of President Trump.

This is really amazing. Complete mobilizing of every possible Judicial venue to literally force a Presidential Candidate to cease “in his steps” seeking nomination to continue into the final Debates with “Let’s-Go- Brandon.” That’s the “Basement Candidate for a Second Term” in a totally corrupted 2024 Presidential Election. What is totally “self evident” in all this “Judicial corruption” is: 1) names of individuals involved in this sad scheme; 2) Totally “No Shame” for wasting taxpayers “hard-earned-dollars” to placate an honest “Run-For-Potus!”; and 3) Willingness of other States Governors to participate in this “losing strategy” to literally “paint-an-honest-Real Estate (Tax Returns proved it)-successful “Captain-of-Industry” as “BAD FOR USA! President Trump was successful in both PRIVATE and PUBLIC SECTORS of our economy…there isn’t one single candidate for POTUS who can come close to this success and DEMOCRATIC PARTY OF USA is doing what they did back in the 1820’s and 1830’s with “The Country Store” and “Forced Labor In The Cotton Fields”…see, State Governments went along with this “Shameful Scam,” then and now. The only way to end this evil democratic insanity and restore our unique Republic to its rightful role as the world’s superpower “with freedom and justice for all” is for Trump to win. When we pray for God’s intervention, like we did before, we must back our prayers with action and do our part on a massive scale. There is no defeat until the game’s over.
Heres one thing to think about. Since the 2016 elections the Democrats have played obstructionests, antaganistic’s, and have been against President Trump every second of the day. Since 2020 they have continued to do so and charge him with almost capital offenses while other POTUS have done the same thing and have nothing happen. NO other POTUS has had to endure such treatment.
Now the Democrats are so terrified that Trump will regain office, and ruin their march to the cliffs like lemmings, as directed by evil people such as George Soros and other NWO members who hae financed the collapse of the USA as we knew it that they cannot see straight. Pelosi’s hatred for Trump, becasue he called her a two bit politician (is she really worth that much), her background as a Corrupt Mob Boss father who was mayor of Baltimore, all come to play, her drunk on her butt sluring of speech or inability to do her job right, has resulted in what we see to day. It is a shame that the Democratic Party has been corrupted so badly, Republicans are not that far behind either. We no longer have a Government of the People, by the People, and of the People. We have a government run by the rich and powerful.
