Illegal Immigrants Walking Through Open Doors at Arizona Border

The New York Post has revealed that the U.S.-Mexico border in Arizona is experiencing a significant influx of illegal immigrants, with over a thousand entering each day through open gates.

These unchecked flows of migrants raise serious concerns about national security and immigration enforcement.

U.S. Customs and Border Protection made an average of nearly 6,000 land border encounters daily in July 2023; this marked a sharp increase from the year-low number of encounters recorded the previous month.

In July 2023, U.S. Customs and Border Protection recorded an average of nearly 6,000 daily land border encounters, representing a sharp rise from the year-low number of encounters in the previous month.

Migrants spoke to the outlet and gave comments such as, “We thought the agents were going to tell us something, but we just walked.”

“It was so easy to get into the U.S.,” a Cuban noted. “Nothing like our journey through Mexico. That part was hard,” she added. “I thought there was going to be more security.”

For nearly two months, the U.S.-Mexico border has been open to migrants arriving by busload on the Mexican side before simply walking into the country.

Reports from Border Patrol officials suggest that federal agencies such as the National Park Service have encouraged this mass influx of people without any hindrance from water crossings due to late monsoon season conditions.

Border officials told the New York Post that those without a legal basis to be in the United States would be removed: “The individuals had already crossed the border from Mexico, are on U.S. soil, and are subject to U.S. immigration laws. Individuals who cross unlawfully will be subject to the lawful pathways rule, which places commonsense conditions on asylum eligibility, with certain exceptions. Those who do not establish a legal basis to remain in the United States will be removed.”

Another source told the paper a group of migrants “rushed” agents who were blocking the doorways with ATVs.

“You had people climbing over quads. You had people pushing the agents. Not a single one got charged,” the person alleged.

Border encounters in fiscal year 2023 are on track to match the nearly 2.4 million that were seen in 2022.

2021 saw just over 1.7 million encounters, while 2020 witnessed approximately 450,000 under President Trump’s administration.

  1. If one illegal comes to my property and tries to break in I will consider it a threat on my life and that of my family. I will stop the threat and make sure it never moves again. That is my promise to any illegal who enters my country illegally and to the ones who choose further crime against me personally. Welcome to Amerika.
Ask yourself Mr. & Mrs. Democrat, why are they coming here? To escape repression in their own nation, naaaa. They are coming here for all the free to them give aways like welfarem, ADC, and any other payout that can be used as a bribe for their vote come November 2024.

  2. We don’t have legitimate borders because we don’t have a legitimate president. And the traitor-in-chief is making sure we don’t get one in 2024 either.

  3. “US officials have inexplicably welded open 114 massive gates along the Arizona border letting an average of 1,400 migrants from as far away as China casually walk into the country daily — with overwhelmed and outnumbered border agents practically helpless to stop them”
