It is evident that Mitt Romney has not been honest about his involvement in the Burisma scandal.
When President Trump was impeached for investigating US politicians’ activities in Ukraine, Romney voted to approve the impeachment – even though his former associate was on the Burisma board.
Mollie Hemmingway of The Federalist recently reported on a new book authored by Senator Mitt Romney, wherein he claims to have had no knowledge of Hunter Biden’s actions as a board member of Ukrainian oil and gas giant Burisma.
During the fall of 2019, Romney was vocal in his disapproval of President Trump’s phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and ultimately voted in favor of impeachment. This led to Fox News hosts treating Romney with increasing hostility, such as Hannity accusing him of being jealous over Trump’s successes.
After calling up his “old buddy,” their conversation quickly devolved into an argument wherein Romney was asked why he wasn’t more outraged by the Burisma scandal at the heart of the Ukraine impeachment proceedings. It is this moment that revealed Romney’s lack of awareness regarding Burisma; when asked how he could not know about it, he found himself unable to answer.
His subsequent insults towards Hannity further demonstrate his lack of principled understanding during the impeachment process.
Mitt Romney’s close advisor, Joseph Cofer Black, was on the board of Burisma alongside Hunter Biden. This raises questions about Romney’s knowledge of the company and its dealings.
Additionally, it was discovered that Hunter Biden requested someone from the CIA to join Burisma’s Board – an email found on his laptop revealed this information.
These connections between prominent American politicians and Ukraine-based companies demonstrate a need for further investigation into what exactly each party knew and when they knew it.
Former CIA official, Black, was appointed to Burisma’s Board in 2019. He has a strong connection to Senator Mitt Romney, having served as his advisor for national security during his 2008 presidential campaign and additionally serving as a special advisor for national security and foreign policy on Romney’s 2012 failed Presidential bid.
It is clear that Romney was aware of Burisma at the same time he worked towards impeaching President Trump.
This raises questions as to whether or not Romney was being honest when he spoke with Hannity or voted to impeach President Trump.

Romney, along with so many sellout treasonous “Republicans” should be hanging from in DC courtyard for display to warn the public that this type of behavior will no longer be tolerated. Now of course if we actually grew our spines back and stopped being f’n cowards there would hardly be anyone left in DC if we started ridden ourselves of all of the scum in our Federal Government!
Romney has always been a POS RINO. He should have been voted out a long time ago. We all knew he was involved in the shady affairs in Ukraine by how much he was against President Trump asking about it.

Burisma is part and parcel of the war with Russia and the USA (Obama Biden) placed their BIO WEAPON manufacturing plants in Ukraine to use on Russia. Obama Biden, Romney and others helped Zelensky start his war with Russia. I have known that he was a piece of crap since he quit trying to win when he ran against Obama. When his neice was put back in as the head of the NRSC I made a comment of being disappointed because I felt she was too busy kissing his rear. They sent my message to him, and he replied several times. I told him I wasn’t interested.

I was for Romney when he ran for President against Obama. Until I seen him look like a deer in the headlights, when Candy and Obama ganged up on him. I knew he had no bottom. Weak as water. Compare him to a real fighter like Trump and you can see what a weak puss he is. And of course he is crooked, and of course he hated Trump cause Trump wouldn’t give him a cabinet job.
