Just walking into the Capitol building has been treated as a major crime even if they committed no crime. But, Ray Epps who spent two days inciting crowds to riot and storm the Capitol has been recommended for 6 months in prison and he will be out in just 4 months. This is justice. I still think he was an FBI informant and I wonder how much they offered him for those four months he will be locked up.
The lamestream media is crowing about the sentence handed down to Epps, claiming it proves that Ray Epps was not a government plant. Then answer me this. Why didn’t he get locked up in the DC gulag and why wasn’t he tortured and why did he only get four months? If this doesn’t smell funny to you, go see your ENT doctor right away. Someone has a lot of explaining to do. This man actually urged people to storm the Capitol and all he got was a slap on the wrist.
I questioned Attorney General Garland about whether there were Federal Agents present on 1/6 and whether they agitated to go into the Capitol. Attorney General Garland refused to answer. pic.twitter.com/RHq3Yd2pbu

Here is a transcript of Thomas Massie’s exchange with the Attorney General, just in case you skipped past the video above:
Rep. Massie: As far as we can determine, the individual who was saying he’ll probably go to jail, he’ll probably be arrested, but they need to go into the Capitol the next day, is then directing people into the Capitol the next day, is then the next day directing people to the Capitol. And as far as we can find. You said this is one of the most sweeping in history. Have you seen that video, or those frames from that video?
AG Garland: So as I said at the outset, one of the norms of the Justice Department is to not comment on pending investigations, and particularly not to comment on particular scenes or particular individuals.
Rep. Massie: I was hoping today to give you an opportunity to put to rest the concerns that people have that there were federal agents or assets of the federal government present on January 5 and January 6. Can you tell us, without talking about particular incidents or particular videos, how many agents or assets of the federal government were present on January 6, whether they agitated to go into the Capitol, and if any of them did?
AG Garland: So I’m not going to violate this norm of, uh, of, of, of, the rule of law.
[Looks down and away]
I’m not going to comment on an investigation that’s ongoing.
Ray Epps led the protesters to break through both the first and second police barrier and he lifted a Trump sign with other protesters and threw it at the police. He gets six months, while President Trump told the crowd to march peacefully and patriotically to the Capitol and later posted a video telling his supporters to go home is facing decades in prison if convicted. Does thatsound like justice to you?
I tried to do a search on YouTube for the videos where Epps was inciting a riot and guess what, none appeared.
