Trump Jury Forewoman Unstable: Prosecutors Call Her a Nightmare

Emily Kohrs, the Foreperson on the Trump grand jury is not the dumbest woman in the world, but that is only because she has a younger sister.

But, that is good news for Trump. If Fanni Willis the prosecutor had any thoughts about charging Trump with any charges stemming from the grand jury, she has probably had to stop and reconsider. After the grand jury was done with its work, Kohrs began a whirlwind tour of the leftist fake news media and made a total ass of herself.

Kohrs revealed what happened during deliberations, which is not permitted and it gives President Trump and others who might be charged with crimes with a strong case of getting everything tossed out.

Not only that but what she said about the deliberations and how she hopes Trump is indicted will work against the prosecutors. She revealed to NBC news that the list of recommended charges and defendants is not a short list.

Kohrs said:

“I don’t think that there are any giant plot twists coming. I don’t think there is any giant ‘that’s not the way I expected this to go at all’ moments. I would not expect you to be shocked.”

She also told them that Trump has a possibility of being indicted. She repeated the same thing on CNN. But, what was the worst part of it was her bizarre comments and constant cackling without once laying an egg.

She said that she was hoping that Trump would be called to testify because she would get to administer the oath and that her biggest thrill was swearing in Rudy Giuliani.

Kohrs said:

“I wanted to hear from the former president. But honestly, I kinda wanted to subpoena the former president because I got to swear everybody in, and so I thought it’d be really cool to get 60 seconds with President Trump, of me looking at him and being like, ‘Do you solemnly swear,’ and me getting to swear him in — I kinda just thought that’d be an awesome moment.”

Former assistant U.S. Attorney Elie Honig called Kohrs’ interviews a “prosecutor’s nightmare,” not least because she was making light of potential indictments.

“This is a horrible idea. And I guarantee you that prosecutors are wincing, watching her hint at stuff,” Honig said on CNN. “It’s painful in that respect. This is a very serious prospect here. We’re talking about indicting any person. You’re talking about potentially taking away that person’s liberty. We’re talking about potentially a former president, for the first time in this nation’s history. She does not seem to be taking that very seriously.”

“It’s a prosecutor’s nightmare,” Honig declared, predicting attorneys would use her testimony to disqualify potential indictments.

Renato Mariotti, another former federal prosecutor, agreed.

“It is still a very bad idea,” he tweeted of Kohrs talking to the media, “may carry legal risk for her, and will likely provide Trump and others with arguments to challenge the indictments.”

Georgia prohibits jurors from discussing jury deliberations, something Kohrs appears not to have done explicitly.

CBS News reporter Robert Costa revealed on Wednesday:

“CBS News has learned that lawyers close to several GOP witnesses in Fulton Co. investigation are preparing to move to quash any possible indictments by DA based on the public statements by the forewoman of the special grand jury, per two people familiar with the discussions.”

  1. THIS is what people learn in school these days? What will that do to our justice system? If anybody HAD to depend on this to protect their freedom, they would be in serious trouble.
What a shame. This is the product of liberal educators. Instead of teaching students subjects that would aid them in becoming productive members of our society, they are teaching them they can choose what gender they feel they are; Critical Race Theory, dividing races against the each other; and reparation. I don’t owe another person anything for what an ancestor may have done 100 years ago. I don’t have any slaves or servants and don’t owe the ancestors of slaves and servants anything except to say I do not condone the actions of humanity when owning another human was legal. It is illegal in the U.S. to own another human being.

  2. Everything in this case should be thrown out. PERIOD. What is it with these people that they are HELL BENT on getting something, anything, on President Trump? Does this not send up a “red flag” that these people are scared of President Trump because he does not play their deceitful and crooked games? Obviously President Trump knows a lot of things about liberals that they don’t want to see the light of day. No one in this country has ever been more sought after to bring down than President Trump. Everything the liberals have tried to nail President Trump with has failed. When will they stop?

  3. I agree with Katie’s response. she is correct about liberals trying to nail Trump for anything they can. I believe that the reason is very basic. the democrats cannot allow Trump to suceed because it would show the American People that you don’t have to be a career politician to do the job of POTUS. if a good business man can do the job then the democrats are out of business and their source of income will vanish. and that, fellow Americans, would be the best thing for the USA. NO MORE DEMOCRATIC PARTY and no more extremely wealthy democrats because of their party making sure of millions of dollars are funelled to these dishonest democrats.

  4. Something about that look says snowflake but in this case a wannabe famous snowflake moron. Thank you for being the corrupt idiot you are.

  5. They will keep it up until they get an “aha moment”, even if, and it likely would be a posthumous indictment. The left is so determined to conjure up any kind of charge against Trump they are willing to flush the entire country and Constitution to do so. Absolutely pathetic!!

  6. It’s all just another witch hunt. This jury foreperson has shown herself to be prejudiced and probably misrepresented herself to be selected. She has also violated the GA grand jury law by going public. Any charges against Trump and his associates should be summarily thrown out.
