New York, New York – Disturbances marred Union Square Park yesterday afternoon as a social media influencer attempted to give away gaming items. Kai Cenat and Fanum, two Twitch gamers, arranged the meet-up for 3:30 PM on Tiktok.
According to reports, they were planning to hand out PS5s, computers, microphones, and other gaming items.
The situation quickly escalated into a large-scale riot.
The New York Post has reported that these events caused chaos in the city’s iconic park.
