Earlier this year, the US Consumer Product Safety Commission said gas-powered stoves are a “hidden health hazard,” and talk of banning them went public.
“Natural gas stoves, which are used in about 40% of homes in the US, emit air pollutants such as nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide and fine particulate matter at levels the EPA and World Health Organization have said are unsafe and linked to respiratory illness, cardiovascular problems, cancer, and other health conditions, according to reports by groups such as the Institute for Policy Integrity and the American Chemical Society.” Bloomberg reported at the time.
Shortly after, the left declared that no one is coming for gas stoves, and mocked people who brought up the concern.
Yet, twice failed governor candidate Stacey Abrams has just taken a new job with an environmental group that is working to, you guessed it, ban gas stoves.
Funny how things just come full circle, isn’t it?

So, “electrification” involves coal- and oil-fired generators because no amount of solar or wind-powered “green” energy can handle the enormous loads involved. So, banning gas stoves is “stupid is as stupid does”. Besides, Miss Stacey, “electrification” leads to electrocution. Pick your poison.
